Duke imagines that this is what Arthur’s world looks like. Friends everywhere. So many friends you have to bunch them together carefully to get a photo of them. This shows what it’s like in Duke’s imagination. Duke is imagining that he is surrounded by friends in Arthur’s world. Phat Daddy is there, and the long dog. And so many others. Rabbit Child is there, always on his CB radio talking back to those who live before the end. In Duke’s imagination everyone is together like this. Everyone is together listening to Rabbit Child talk on the CB radio. “Hammer down,” he says. “Rabbit ears,” they say back through the crackle across the divide between what was before the beginning and what was after the end. It’s a nice thought, a CB radio, and Duke has decided that he’s already put an artwork like this up on the wall of the theater. It’s like the walls in the photos and the suits that Ninja and Yolandi wear. Zef style, kind of. A little different. Duke would like to ask Yolandi questions on a CB radio but he doesn’t know what or why, or if she’s real, or if she cares to say.
