Check it out. It’s a safety fork. It looks like it was specifically designed not to be able to harm anyone with those rounded, bulbous tines. This seems like the kind of fork that would be perfect for the prison environment.

Yep. They used to issues those to us in the Fed Pen. I kept a few to make patterns in the dirt during rec time (see: rock garden).
