This is a guitar pedalboard I made to hold five Boss compact pedals neatly and a Strymon Ojai power supply in a compartment underneath. There's good cable management, too, with soldered jacks for the input, output, and a pair in the front that can be used for Send-Return if you want to put in a looper or some other non-Boss effect. The idea though was to just have a nice little rig for playing with Boss pedals. I like how the cables pretty much disappear with this board.
This is the finished board.
I used oak and some brass hardware that wire-brushed to give them the linear grooved finish they have. I think I bought the hinges with that finish on them, and the corners didn't match, so I put a wire wheel in a drill press and got a pretty good technique down to match the finish.
I don't think I have any pictures of the power supply, but it goes in the hinged compartment underneath. It's made to fit a Strymon Ojai. I don't know if other brands would fit.
This board worked out well for me and I used it playing out one time on the porch of a tree house. I usually use my main rig these days, and since I switched over to using a Boss Katana KTN-100 I can have eight different rigs like this built into the amp, so oddly as compact as this is, it's bulky compared to the KTN-100.
If I custom-make these for people they're quite expensive and probably not worth it just to hold some Boss pedals. They start at $250 and that does not include the $180 or so for the Strymon Ojai power supply. Of course it doesn't include the pedals either. And it takes me a long time to make them.
If you did want a custom-made one let me know.
