I started using this app called Polarr Pro to edit photos. I like it so far. I bought Photoshop Elements, too, but I feel like I’m better off with GIMP for deeper layer-based editing. Polarr Pro is great so far and very touch-friendly. I’ve been using it on a Windows 10 laptop with a touch screen. I especially like the mask tools. I’ve been using the Luminance, Color, Radial, and Gradient masks. It’s nothing too different than other editors but I like the interface.
