Crack installer Chilly Most is at it again. He’s continuing what is turning out to be an intercontinental installation spree. This time he’s kicking it old-school in Honolulu with an Andre the Giant Has a Posse sticker.
Don’t bother Shepard Fairey about this. He didn’t install it and he didn’t make the sticker or know about it. He doesn’t need the aggravation. He’s busy. You can ask me who Chilly Most is but I’m not saying.
Chilly Most is on a serious tear. Where will he be next? Who knows. Maybe even Arizona.
I’ve had word that another installer is busy at work. This is corroborated by the fact that I sent a fresh pack of stickers by FedEx to Wisconsin!
In the meantime though Chilly Most is holding down the fort and his S-Rank is unlikely to be challenged for a very long time.
