Last night I was trying to reimagine the baked potato as a form of nacho. I kind of moved onto other things now but I baked these in the skillet and then put cheese on them and baked them some more.
They came out alright. The skins could have been crispier. I baked them with butter in the skillet and took them out a few times to move them around so they’d get recoated. Maybe I should bake them at 450 degrees instead of 425 degrees.
