This is the egg slicer I use. I thought it was a bit goofy at first but I like it now. I use it every day when I’m eating harboiled eggs. Which I am these days.
This was how I used it this morning. That bagel was good. It’s another one from The Bagel Joint. I go over there about once every six weeks and buy 14 bagels. Michael calls it a Boston Dozen. He’s from the Boston area and I’m from New Hampshire which isn’t far away. And we’re about the same age. With kids about the same age. Anyway. I usually have a half a bagel with a hardboiled egg each weekday so that bag should last about six weeks at that rate.
I have to ask, whats under those eggs?
You mean like what the egg is sitting on? It’s just a big white cutting board.
Or do you mean the sliced ones? That one is a whole wheat bagel from The Bagel Joint on Oracle. That’s one of my 28 halves.
Between the sliced eggs and the bagel is mustard. Some organic Dijon mustard.
Oh ok it’s the dijon mustard i was curious about.
I enjoy mustard so hard.
Lol. I’m not a huge fan of regular mustard but i do really like dijon
