As far as I am aware, I’ve never heard of an installation in Wisconsin. Until today. This one is by an installer I’m unfamiliar with personally, a chap named The Flying Dutchman. He put up a weird bear.
Legend has it that The Flying Dutchman has wings like a bat and he flew all the way from Europe and spreads Elm Disease in his guano. He’s also red and scaly with a bifurcated tail. It’s only legend though. He’s probably no different than you or me. Except Dutch. And also the first person to make an installation in Wisconsin.
